REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DETAILS



1. To use this service you must be a subscriber.

2. To register as a subscriber please click the link to the registration form and complete and submit it to us.

3. Please also bank in the sum of RM 200.00 as the registration and subscription fee.

4. The details of the bank are Maybank Account No. 510237003141.

5. After banking in the sum of RM200.00 please send a sms to 0128030778 with details of the payment, ie the name of the person making payment and time and place (ie branch) of payment

6. Your subscription will be valid for one year whereafter you will be asked whether you wish to discontinue or extend this service. In the event you chose to discontinue the service.

7. This service is free as to legal consultation.

8. The sum of RM200.00 is used to cover secretarial services, administration charges and web site maintainence fees.

9. Each time you make use of this service there will be a deduction from the sum of RM200.00 you have already paid.

10. The rates are as follows:-

(a) For any document digitally typed on A4 size paper

the rate is RM 50.00 for the first three pages

(b) For every next 3 pages the rate is RM60.00

11. In the event you exhaust your deposit payment of RM200.00 you will be required to top up a further sum of RM200.00 to continue the service.

12. Ten per cent (10%) of all payments will be forwarded to SPCA,KK (Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Kota Kinabalu) and an official reciept will be issued by them directly to you within seven (7) days from SPCA,KK upon their receipt of payment .
